About Justice Point

A private place for your story and evidence.

Justice Point brings case reporting, supporting records, reviewer assessments, and client communication into one workspace.

What the service provides

You can prepare a report about suspected financial fraud, upload documents, add public wallet references, and communicate with the team reviewing your case. When a reviewer publishes an assessment, the client area shows the findings and explanation.

The platform itself does not retrieve funds, issue seizure orders, or provide legal representation. It does not replace contacting your bank, payment provider, exchange, police, or an appropriately qualified professional about time-sensitive action.

Account setup and fees

Creating an account and preparing a report do not incur a signup charge. The platform does not collect service payments. Any separate paid investigation, legal representation, or recovery service must identify its provider, scope, price, cancellation arrangements, and other terms in writing before you agree.

Read the Terms of Service and Recovery Disclaimer for the current service terms and assessment limits.

How we prepare our guides

Our guides combine practical instructions for this platform with information from identifiable official sources. Each article carries its publication date and links relevant factual guidance to the source. References to US institutions are identified as such; they do not establish that the same rules apply elsewhere.

AI assists with drafting, organizing source material and preparing original examples and worksheets so readers can organize their own records. Examples are explicitly fictional; they do not draw on private client files or demonstrate recovery outcomes. Each source note explains what the reference supports and its scope.

The current guides are awaiting subject-matter review. A source check confirms the referenced material was consulted; it is not an expert endorsement. We will identify a reviewer and their relevant role only after they have reviewed the specific article revision. Material changes require a new review before that credit can be retained.

We distinguish reported information, a reviewer's findings, and confirmed outcomes. We do not use sample reviews or design-preview figures as evidence for the guides. We do not present regulatory links as an endorsement of Justice Point.

Send corrections with the article URL and the passage in question to support@justice-point.org. Material content changes receive an updated article date.

Support and complaints

Clients can use private case messages for case-specific questions. For support, privacy matters, or a complaint, email support@justice-point.org. Include enough information to identify the issue and the outcome you are seeking; do not include passwords or wallet credentials.

The complaints and privacy procedures are described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
