How it works

From your first report
to a clearer next step.

Know what you have submitted, what the case team is reviewing, and how an assessment was reached.

  1. 01

    Prepare your private report

Describe the person or company involved, the dates, payment method, amounts, and what happened. Save a draft while gathering the remaining details. Keep the original payment currency and identify estimates.

  2. 02

    Confirm your account

Create your account and confirm your email to access private case information. Your saved intake continues into the client area. Account setup is free and does not commit you to a separate paid service.

  3. 03

    Add supporting evidence

Upload the relevant records and add public wallet references where applicable. Link documents to the right case and explain what each item supports. Reporting does not require wallet access or signing a transaction.

  4. 04

    Speak with your case team

Use the case conversation to ask questions, respond to document requests, and read staff replies. The team can record findings and recommended actions during the review.

  5. 05

    Read an explained assessment

An assessment is published by a reviewer. Reported loss, traced funds, a possible recovery range, and money actually returned have different meanings. The explanation should state what supports the findings and what remains uncertain.

  6. 06

    Follow the documented next steps

Keep your official report references and follow-up records up to date. A Justice Point report does not automatically contact a bank, file a police report, or start legal proceedings. Recovery depends on the evidence and available options.

Start with the records you have.

Use the evidence checklist to prepare, then continue in your private client area.
